Can a batch file be created that will register the necessary files so that the program be run from a flash drive?

I have a 2 gig thumb (flash) drive, will this program run from the flash drive. I have installed the program on my drive and it changed the settings for the short cut on my desk top. After fixing that problem, I found out that if the program IS installed already on the computer, it will run, however when I take it to another computer, ( i dont want them to have the program and I travel to several computers) the program will not page out. The message on the program that shows up is "engine not running".

when I when to the connection it gave me an error of mswinsck.ocx missing.

Any ideas?
