I have sent the log files requested but haven't heard back about what could possibly be causing the problem.

I did the set up and indivdually each product works. I created the filter and when I test it the log file in the notepager pro folder says 'message.asc.bad'. I have double and triple checked the filters and tried different things to try and get it to work but it keeps coming back with the same thing. Any thoughts?

Can anyone tell me how I get the emails in my The Bat! account to the NotePager Pro?
The help files aren't helping much.

Solarwind tech support told me that to send alerts to cell phones we should get NotePager Pro because that is the only application they intergerate with. They mentioned that it done through email. I can't find in documentation how NotePro is going to except an email and send it to a cell phone. Need help
