| I have created a group in PG Admin and assigned recipients to that group. However, the group won't show up in webgate. What do I need to do to get that group in the list? | |

| Yes I was prompted for a password, and it appeared to have taken it without any problems. | |

| I see the "+" next to Program, but the only option under it is "Global Log." Also, the list of recipients is not showing up anywhere. In our web client all the recipients are still listed, however. | |

| Thanks for all your help. I've gone through each step and it did pull back our settings and everything. However, the last part about going to Program - Settings in the admin has me stumped.
I'm not the original one who installed the software, and I can't find the "settings" that you are talking about. When I right-click on Program in the admin client I just get the option to "Exit." How can I get to where you tell it to run as a service? |

| I haved gone through those steps and added the Pagegate Mail Server to the DEP list, using "Turn dep on for all programs and services except those I select" and restarted the Pagegate service. I am still getting that message.
I also tried setting PGMailService to log on as a user I knew was administrator. Still not luck! I've set the service to log back on as the local system account. |

| There is an immediate error message that says:
"Could not start the PGMailService service on Local Computer." Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. It comes up immediately, though, there doesn't seem to be any timeout. |

| After starting up the pagegate server, I continue to receive the message "Asking PGMailServer service to start." This continues to show up in the log about every 4 seconds.
The PGMailServer service is not running, and all the other services appear to be running fine. What should I do to get that service going? |
