OzCom - we use the TAP protocol.
Do you think Verizon would be able to do anything about it. I have lots of customers and hundreds of recipients, would Notepager be unusable? |

We send to multiple carriers, but the Verizon phones are the only ones we are having trouble with. | |

This past week something has changed when using the Notepager Pro program our receipients are getting messages "From: 777-264-xxxxxx" this changes for every message sent and from each computer.
Previously it came from an unknown address. For the recipients the unkown address identified the message coming from the answering service. Now with every computer sending the message their messages are received on all individual strings so there's no continuity on their end. Is there a way to "label" all messages coming from us specifically, without using a signature at the end. It needs to be initially so all our messages are in order or strung together. |
