Integration with FireTextResponse

Configure the FireTextResponse Carrier

1. Open the PG Admin.
2. Right click on Carriers, left click on Add.
3. Set the following:

   Name: FireTextResponse
   Protocol: SMTP
   Carrier Domain: ftralerts.com or ftralerts.net (use the domain from your Fire Text Response addresses)
   Port: [Determined by your method of SMTP delivery]
4. Click Apply.
5. Go to Carriers — FireTextResponse — Template.
6. In the Text section, enter the following:

   MSGCAD * %Message%
7. Click Apply.
