Integrate with Existing Applications
Integration with Fedena School ERP
PageGate integrates with Fedena School ERP by referencing PageGate's GetWeb (CGI) interface. Fedena submits SMS alerts to PageGate's web API.
Step 1 — Configure GetWeb and IIS
- Open PG Admin. Go to Interfaces — GetWeb — Settings.
- Set Web Pages Path to
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\(or UNC path). Set CGI Data Path toc:\inetpub\scripts\. Set CGI URL tohttp://<servername>/scripts/webgate.exe. - Check Enabled. Click Apply. Enable for all.
- In IIS Manager, configure ISAPI and CGI Restrictions to allow
c:\inetpub\scripts\webgate.exewith "Execute" permissions. Add a virtual directory at /scripts pointing toc:\inetpub\scripts\. Grant Domain Users Modify permission.
Step 2 — Configure Fedena SMS Settings
In Fedena's SMS settings, set the host_url to the PageGate GetWeb URL format:
http://<server>/scripts/webgate.exe?USER=recipient&FRM=sender&MSG=message
