Integration with DocHalo

Step 1 — Configure DocHalo as a Delivery Method

1. Run PG Admin.
2. Right click Carriers, select Add.
3. Specify the following:

   Carrier: DocHalo
   Protocol: WCTP
   Host: wctp.halospectrum.com/message
   Port: 443
   Max Chars: 160
4. Go to Carriers — DocHalo — Advanced.
5. Specify the following:

   Priority: 1
   Username: [DocHalo UserID]
   Password: [DocHalo password]
6. Click Apply.

Step 2 — Create Recipients

1. Right click Recipients, select Add.
2. Specify the following:

   Full Name: [Recipient name]
   Type: Normal
   Carrier: DocHalo
   ID/PIN: The 8 or 12 digit DocHalo HDID
   Example: DH123456 or DH0001020A3B
   Max Chars: 160
3. Click Apply.
