Integration with Augnet
PageGate uses Augnet's API to submit messages directly. Contact Augnet for API documentation and to register an account — you will receive a username, password and sender ID needed for this configuration.
Requires PageGate version 9 or better. If you register multiple channels, each will have a unique sender ID and each needs to be configured as a separate carrier in PageGate.
Configure Augnet in PageGate
- Open PG Admin. Right click Carriers, select Add.
- Specify the following:Name: Augnet
Protocol: HTTPGET
Host: api.augnet.co.uk/api
Port: 8002
Max Chars: 6000 - Click Apply.
- Go to Carriers — Augnet — Advanced. Enter your Augnet username and password.
- Go to Carriers — Augnet — Template.
- In the Settings section enter:
HTTPProtocol = https - In the Text section enter:|ani|Your Augnet Sender ID|
|dnis|%RecipientId%|
|message|%Message%|
|command|submit| - Click Apply.
Add Recipients
- Right click Recipients, select Add.
- Give the Recipient a name. Set Carrier to: Augnet. In ID/PIN, enter cell phone number in international format.Correct: +17818290500
Incorrect: 7818290500 - Click Apply.
