Problem with database update routine (v2 - v3) fixed
WCTP delivery re-written for better performance
Full Names now used on all screens, logs, and reports
Short Names automatically created for new recipients
and groups
Recipient list search/filter added (right-click in box)
Recipient/Group info can be displayed (shift-click)
