Since the implementation of PageGate 10.1, the static sender component of GetAscii messages is no longer included in the message.

Hm... that's a bit odd, let's verify a few settings.

If you would, send an email to support at notepage dot com and include a screenshot of the following sections of your PG Admin:
Program - Template
Interfaces - GetAscii - Template
Interfaces - GetAscii - Settings
Interfaces - GetAscii - Advanced Polling - Files
Interfaces - GetAscii - Advanced Polling - Record
Interfaces - GetAscii - Advanced Polling - Recipient
Interfaces - GetAscii - Advanced Polling - Sender
Interfaces - GetAscii - Advanced Polling - Message
