I have found an issue with the simplified import.

Sending messages from email or withing PageGate Admin works fine but after clicking on the advanced settings of a newly simplified imported user, The following error appears "Error#94 Invalid operation. in Procedure:frmExtra load". Upon looking at the database directly, the Priority is blank. Manually adding a number to the priority filed resolves the issue. It appears the Advanced form is expecting a value for Priority.


I am using PageGate Admin 7.0.0.23 Dated 6/7/2016.

If you would, please email the import file you were using to support at notepage dot com so I can have a look at a few things.

We have a patch that should resolve this issue. Here's what you'll want to do:

1) Download the updated executable here: http://www.notepage.net/download/dev/pgadmin.exe

2) Close the PG Admin.

3) Copy and paste the file you downloaded in step 1 in to the PageGate program directory.
3a) When prompted, you do want to overwrite the file.

Unfortunately, you will need to delete the recipients previously imported and then re-import.

Note: This patch will be included in future installations.
