Yes, but it doesn't give me all the info I need to set up a page with multiple rss feeds like this:
http://www.wiscassetnewspaper.com/email-content/daily-headlines

This page is being created so that our email/newsletter service, SecondStreet, can scrape the page for the content.
The page needs to be just html ... no java or css is allowed.

I've checked out some of their templates at http://www.feedforall.com/rss2html/rss2html-clipping-1.htm
but can't find one that helps me set up multiple feeds.

If you want to aggregate, or combine, the output of multiple feeds in to a single stream that's then translated in to HTML, you're going to need to use the RSS Mesh script, then take the output from that script and feed it in to the RSS2HTML script.
