pagegate service: error 1053

I successfully installed PageGate 5 as service, after rebooting my Windows 2003 service, I got the following error when I started the pagegate service: "Could not start the Pagegate service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond t the start or Control request in a timely fashion "

Please assist
