I have a question:

When you send a page and see that the page was Bad, how exactly does that work? If you have paged to a group and let's say one or two pagers are faulty and didn't get the page, will that show up as a bad page for the whole group? Will it show up as the one or two individual pagers? Or will it not show up at all? If there is any way I could get this information sent to me via emai by Monday morning MT, I would greatly appreciate it.
Please send to: DeboraBelknap@elpasoco.com and to pnthrses1@msn.com as a back up to the other email address.

Thank you so much for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Debora M. Belknap

A message is marked "bad" when PageGate receives a rejection (Bad ID/Pin) or the message does not receive an "Acknowledgement" from the Carrier of receipt, after all delivery attempts are made.

Messages for groups are broken down into individual messages for each recipient. If a group contains 20 recipients, PageGate will treat a message sent to that group as twenty individual messages. If a message is rejected for one recipient, one message is BAD. Not all of the messages to the remainder of recipients within that group.
