I would suggest upgrading to the latest file revisions (4.0.0.8), which should address the issue.

You can download the latest PageGate from:
http://www.notepage.net/downloadpg.htm

Below are the basic steps you will need to perform a PageGate reinstallation.

1.) Make a back-up copy of the existing PageGate database file. This is named "pagegate.mdb" and is located (by default) in the PageGate installation directory (usually C:\Program Files\PageGate).

2.) If PageGate is running as a service, you want change the run style to "Application" while PageGate is still running. This is done in PageGate Admin by selecting "Program" - "Settings" - "Run PageGate as:" - "Application".

3.) Quit all running PageGate Applications (Server, Admin, Client, Monitor)

4.) Install the latest PageGate Server over your existing installation.

5.) Restart PageGate Server.

6.) Switch PageGate's run style back to a "Windows NT Service" (recommended) by opening PG Admin and selecting "Program" - "Settings" - "Run PageGate as:" - "Windows NT Service".

7.) After the run style is switched, try running the report again. If the issue persists, please send an e-mail to forumsupport@notepage.com .

I quickly tried this on a test system by installing our 4.0.0.2 version of the pgadmin and copying over our .mdb. Verified it doesn't work and then upgraded in place. Reran the report. Result - the report worked!

So I'll do the upgrade on our real system and will contact if something doesn't work.

Thanks for the quick response.
