Hi,

I'm using pagegate with ASCII option

All my recipients have the ASCII checkbox checked

For some reasons, and I don't know why, some recipients loses their check in the ASCII checkbox.

Any help?

Pagegate Server is installed on a XP machine
The database resides somewhere on a network drive

I've forgot to mention that whne I'm using PageGate Admin to "check" again ASCII checkboxes and apply it, it works.

I quit PGADMIN and enter again and checkbox remains uncheck

You are probably exceeding your user (recipient) license. PageGate will automatically uncheck all recipients over your current license.

You can check what your license level is by going to the 'Registration' object in PG Admin.

Our User license is set to 50
What is the next step and how much does it costs?
