What does "Program Halted. Error# 35764" in a dialer mean ?
It only seems to happen when tring to connect to ARCH wctp.arch.com/wctp
Does it mean there site is down or slow, or is there something wrong on my end ?

There seems to be an issue with the Microsoft Active X Internet Transfer Control (Msinet.ocx) that PageGate dialers use when sending messages via WCTP. This happens randomly (and very infrequently), with no known cause.
We are looking at the issue, but have not been able to reproduce it.

Here's one we got today. Looks like this was a result of an email from a Hotmail.com account.
Our GetMail kept working, but our system wouldn't send out anything! Please HELP! What is an ERROR# 94? and what is the "Invalid use of NULL Procedure: SendSMTP
Up till today, we have had no problems with PageGate. Really love this program!

The problem probably stems from "NULL" message text being written into the database. Occasionally a message will come in via SMTP (e-mail) which probably contains a MIME type (multipart/related) that was not defined in the original MIME RFC specification. PageGate does not support that MIME type.
You can cancel the problem message, which should allow the dialers to move on with other pending messages. .
1.) Open PageGate Admin
2.) Stop all Dialers.
3.) Right click on the recipient "mvbn367"
4.) Select "Pending Messages"
5.) Select the oldest message from the list
6.) Select "Delete"
7.) Select "Close"
9.) Start all Dialers.
There MAY be a fix that you can apply to prevent this from occurring in the future, but we would like to confirm some additional information before having you apply it to your installation.
Please e-mail forumsupport@notepage.com with your name and telephone number so that we can contact you.

As stated in a previous post, have not been able to reproduce the issue due to its very infrequent and random nature.
Were your messages going via WCTP to Arch, or an other Carrier?

Let me give you a little info regarding our issue with this #94 error. From what I can tell we may have received a "blank" email from a hotmail account. I sent a message from my cell phone, to our mail server. Our PageGate program pulled the message from the server, and that's when things went to pot.
Don't know if that helps, but that's what appears to have happened._________________ Mike Linthicum
