We are experiencing bad connectivity issues. We keep getting a message that:
"Failure: Link to Arch Server timed out." Message may or may not go thru.
"Call to XXX-XXX-XXXX failed. XXX-XXX-XXXX is not an ARCH Pager."
We are an older Arch Customer, since 2001. We just started getting these messages back on our paging system in the last year. Customer Support form ARCH has been very very poor.
1) What is the exact server we are supposed to be using?
2) What is the dial number we are supposed to use for backup?

It is a home grown VB6 Product.
This is just a new effort at debugging the problem.
I just need to know the URL/IP Address to the Arch WCTP Server and the Dial-up Back number. This will allow me to make sure that they havent changed over the last 2 yeards since this program was last serviced.
Really i got the Arch Server from the List already, i Just need to verify the dial up information.

The host for their WCTP server is wctp.arch.com/wctp and their primary TAP number, that we're aware of, is 800-250-6325 |
